Contractual documents

This contract, including the attached documents or integrated into the contract by direct hyperlink and information about the products offered on our Website constitute the entire contract between Station D and the buyer.

Once the order has been corrected, accepted and paid, an electronic version of the contract and invoice will be generated and automatically sent by email *. All documents sent by email can be printed * or saved and archived in PDF * from the buyer's browser at any time. A hard copy of the invoice and contract will also accompany the delivered products *.

The sale under this contract constitutes a final sale. However, the buyer may return the sold products under certain circumstances described hereafter.

Applicable law

By agreeing to buy a product sold on our Website, you agree that this contract shall be governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada.

This contract is subject to, among other things, the Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c. P-40.1) and the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (CQLR c. P-39.1) and the Civil Code of Québec.

In the event that your data is communicated or shared with suppliers or organizations having their servers outside Quebec or Canada, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, SC 2000, c 5, shall also apply.

Any dispute arising from this contract will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction of the judicial district of Laval, Quebec.

Description of the goods offered

You will find on our website a description of the goods offered for sale, including a detailed description of the products and prices. The selected products will appear on your order and your invoice. A final version of your order * and your invoice * will be generated once you have decided your purchase choices, completed your order, checked and reviewed your order, chose to accept to place the order after having had the chance to bring corrections or changes to your order and make the payment. Price

Prices shown and taxes calculated from the shopping cart must be paid in full before we begin production or fulfillment of the order.

Prices displayed on our site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping.

The total price is payable in full and in one payment at the time of the order.

Goods and services sold are subject to applicable sales taxes, including the Canadian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Quebec Sales Tax (QST) at the rate in effect at the time of sale.

All orders are payable in Canadian dollars only, but the website may display a converted price in another currency.

For any delivery outside Canada, formalities and any customs and local taxes remain the entire responsibility of the buyer.

We may change prices from time to time depending on our costs.

Payment

Payments are made within the secure part (https: //) of the seller's website which will redirect the buyer toward the secure website of the chosen credit card payment service provider.

Orders placed on our site must be paid by credit card Visa, MasterCard and American Express, or with other means of payment providing a charge back policy and mechanism.

The total invoice price is debited only after approval by the buyer at the end of the order process.

We reserve the right not to complete the order and not to register or cash a payment in case the product requested by the buyer or the raw materials are out of stock or if the order is incomplete or presents a difficulty unusual for the seller.

Right of use

Subject to compliance with the other terms of the contract including the payment of any money owing on your purchases, Station D and its third-party suppliers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable authorization to access and use the websites and services of Station D and its third-party providers for personal and non-commercial use. This right of use excludes the resale or commercial use of any Station D service or its contents, product listings, descriptions or prices, and any use derived from any Station D service or content, any use of software tools for collecting and retrieving data. Station D and its third party providers and other rights holders who grant you this license retain and reserve all rights not expressly granted to you herein. No Station D service or portion thereof may be reproduced, in whole or in part, copied, sold, resold, visited or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written permission of Station D. You are not authorized to reproduce or use the trademarks, logos or other proprietary information (including graphic and textual elements, layout and forms) of Station D and its third party suppliers without the express written permission of the right holders. You may not use Meta tags or any other "hidden text" that uses the name or trademarks of Station D and its third party suppliers without the express written permission of Station D or its affiliates or third party suppliers. You must not misuse Station D Services. You may use Station D services only in accordance with the law. The licenses granted by Station D will be terminated if you do not comply with these.

Copyright on products

Illustrations, photos and product descriptions on Station D's website are subject to copyright. All content appearing on the Station D website or made available through it (such as text and graphics, logo, icons, illustrations, audio or video clips, digital downloads, compilations data and software, site architecture, tree structure) is the property of Station D or its suppliers as applicable, and such content is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Delivery

Delivery charges depend on the delivery address and are calculated based on the postal code at the final stage of the order. Deliveries to Canada for orders over $ 300 (taxes not included) are free.

Where customs charges are required by the authorities of the buyer's country, these costs shall be borne by the buyer. The buyer has the responsibility to inquire with the authorities of his country before placing his order.

When the payment of the order is received, the printing of wallpaper or a cutout currently takes 2 to 3 working days. The delivery time is then 2 to 7 business days for shipping to Canada and 6 to 12 days for a shipment to the United States. Faster delivery services are offered at the final stage of the order.

Please note that parcel processing at customs may take a few extra days. Station D is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or any problem with the delivery service.

After placing an order, you will receive an email tracking number when your product is printed and the shipping label is created. This will allow you to track your order on the Canada Post website.

For now, Station D offers delivery service in Canada and the United States only.

The choice of another private carrier is possible in some cases. Contact us by email or phone to make arrangement. However, you will have to pay for it.

Liability for loss of products

Station D will assume any loss of property until delivery, that is, until the buyer is in possession of the goods. In case of absence of the buyer at his home or of a person present at the address indicated by the buyer, the deliveryman will leave a card or other kind of indication indicating another time or delivery will be again attempted. After a specific number of attempts, the recipient will have to pick up the goods at an address indicated by the delivery service within a certain time. It is your responsibility to go to the address indicated and to take delivery of the products within this certain time. If you do not take possession of the goods within this certain time, you will be deemed to have refused to take possession of the goods and you will then have to make new delivery arrangements and pay the new delivery charges as well as the costs that Station D had to pay the return costs. We will, however, pay these new fees if we are satisfied that you are not responsible for the non-delivery on the first delivery attempt.

Returns

Station D accepts returns ONLY if the products are defective. If your product has been damaged during transportation or if it is defective, send us a photo of the defective product to info@stationd.ca within 10 days of receipt of the package. We will contact you to follow up.

We do not exchange or refund products whose colors or dimensions are not suitable. To ensure exact colors of the wallpaper, you can order some samples. In addition, please measure the area to be covered before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible if the mural does not adhere due to improper surface preparation or if it has not been properly installed. Be sure to read the instructions before applying the mural.

Cancellation of a sale due to obvious price error

We can cancel a sale due to an obvious price error.

Resiliation of contract

You may terminate the agreement within seven (7) days of receipt of the automatically generated printable copy sent to the email address you provided to us * if we have not disclosed to you all of the required information by law, * if we have not given you the opportunity to refuse or correct your order before the conclusion of the contract *, have not sent us a printable copy of your contract as a result of your purchase * or have omitted the required information by law * or if you notice by receiving your credit card statement that we have not disclosed to you the information required by law *.

You can rescind the contract at any time before we have fulfilled our primary obligation to deliver the ordered goods within 30 days of the date specified in the contract documents, the contract, your order or your invoice.

We are presumed to have fulfilled our primary obligation when we or our deliverer attempted to deliver your order on the date specified in the contract, on another date agreed in writing by us, or on the date set out in a notice we may give to you within a reasonable time due to an inability to deliver your order for reasons under our control or beyond our control or due to your actions or negligence on your part. *
